    The Edgelook x DI Customer Happiness Team checks Every order twice during shipping & handling process and maintains photographic records to ensure that the item(s) you order are in perfect condition & going to the right place to ensure we get the order right & tight in the first place.     Exchanges, Store Credit & Refund Policies 

    Online  purchases made through EDGELOOK.COM are valid for exchange, online credit, or refund within 14 days from the delivered date.

    Returns must be returned within 14 days of the delivered date.  Refunds are only available for online purchases returned by mail. Merchandise returned to edgeLook will be eligible for  exchange or store credit towards the next purchase.


    Item must be returned unwashed, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached. Jewelry must be in it’s original packaging.

     All returned items must be accompanied by the original invoice.


    E-gift card, bodysuit, dress, lingerie, earrings, cosmetic, and online items marked as “FINAL SALE” may not be returned or exchanged.


    Our Exchanges, Refund & Store Credit Request Processes are as follows:

    1. Email us at support@edgelook.com with the subject: "EXCHANGE REQUEST," "REFUND REQUEST" or "STORE CREDIT REQUEST" -  Order # (your order #)" and let us know about which item(s) you would like to Exchange, receive a Refund or Store Credit for, and a simple explanation of what the issue is.
    • Even if you are going to offline stores, please let us know ahead of time. All the stores have different  available items and we will check it for you first
    1. Our Support Team will reply back with instructions how to send the item back.
    2. If you want to exchange it with different item from Online Site, you can pick up at our store immediately. If you choose to pick up at different locations, it might take 3-7 business days due to processing time.

    3. Once sent - please keep your shipping records as we are not responsible for lost packages. 




    • Exchange – We do not do exchanges. However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue a store credit once we receive your item.
    • Store Credit - THE BEST SOLUTION! No $5.99 restocking fee will be charged. There is no expiration date.
    • Refund –There is a $5.99 processing and handling fee for refunds. The original shipping cost WILL NOT be refunded to you. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

    After checking  availability with our support team, go to one of our offline stores and provide your invoice when returning merchandise to a store. You may return your merchandise to Edgelook offline store for exchange or store credit (Please refer to "Our stores"). Online purchases  made through EDGELOOK.COM are valid for offline store credit within 14 days from the delivered date.

    The dollar amount for exchange or store credit will be exactly same as the amount on invoice.

    • Exchange – To save your time, we will check which store has different sizes and colors for your item. You can only exchange up to the amount on the invoice and the customer has to pay the difference.
    • Store Credit – It will be provided once we check your invoice when returning merchandise to a store. The store credit is only applicable to specific store that you returned to. It is only valid for one year from issued date.
    • Refund – There is no refund at offline stores.
