    Requirements

    • Please register Free edgeLook Drop Shipping (DS Wholesale) Account online. - No Membership Fee
    • Provide a copy of a valid Driver’s License or a government issued legal Photo ID.
    • Must have a valid PayPal account. We only accept payment from PayPal for Drop-Shipping Wholesale account (DS Wholesale Account).
    • Must purchase a minimum of $200.00 Deposit eGift Card for DS Wholesale Account to receive 35% off from our listed prices.
    • The Deposit of $200.00 eGift Card can be used to make a new purchase (any amount of single item) for your drop shipping orders.
    • There is no minimum purchase required if your DS Wholesale account is active.
    • The Deposit Card will be expired in 365 days if not used.
    • The Deposit Card is Non-Refundable. 
    • Florida business account:
      - Resale Certificate is required to be tax exempt account for any Florida business owner.
      - We must collect Florida State & City Sales & Use Tax for all shipments send to Florida addresses. Please set up Florida Tax Table to collect the sales tax from your buyers. When you make a purchase on our website, you will be required to pay the sale tax if the shipping address is in FL.

    • We take care of warehousing, packing, and shipping. You have to provide your own customer support and returns.

    • We will ship all items with our return department address on the postage (as below).

    • We will provide item specifications including size charts, measurements, material and design details. The item specifications including GTIN, UPC, MPN and categories required by Amazon, Bonanza, eBay, Google & Walmart are available on our website.
    • We provide cvs files for bulk listing download if requested.

    Drop Shipping Policy

    • We accept returns within 30 days for any reason.
    • The return shipping cost is the buyer’s responsibility.
    • We do not provide free returns except for defective or damaged items.
    • All defective or damaged items from manufacture, you must report the status of the defective or damaged items to edgeLook Online Headquarter within 14-days of the delivery. Please ask your buyer send you a photo as a proof of the defective or damaged item and send us the photo.
    • Any damaged or defective items not reported within the 14 day period will not be credited. The buyers must pay for the return shipping cost if not reported within 14 days.
    • We are not responsible for any delivery issues including late delivery caused by the USPS, lost packages (marked as delivered but not received) and returned items due to incorrect address (USPS marked moved, undeliverable & no such address).
    • Any Items returned without a RMA number or out of our Return Policy will not be refunded and will not be mailed back. You will receive no credit for the returned item.
    • You must use our Return Form (available at https://edgelook.com/pages/returns) to obtain a RMA number and request your buyers to include the RMA number in or on the return package. 
    • We reserve the rights to modify this Drop Shipping Policy at any time. Please review our Drop Shipping Policy frequently.
    • If we make any policy changes, we will notify you on our website or send you a notice by email.

    • How often do you update your products?
      We post 80-120 new items per week. We also update the quantity of our inventory including our best sellers & static sellers everyday. Many of our static sellers are keep selling over 3 years.
    • I don’t have a website (or web store). Can you provide new web store?
      Yes, we can. If you want to start new drop shipping business and you want us to build a website, we will make a website including design, categories & listings at $299.99 (template based). Custom Web Stores can be built at special low price. We will also provide consultations to open marketplace accounts, facebook store & Google Adwords at low price.
    • Do you offer customer support?
      Yes, we do. We offer customer support for you, not your buyers. We will NOT directly contact your buyers. We will NOT add any marketing material or packing slip to let your buyers know about us. In case you have any issues with your buyers, you may contact us for assistance.
